Getting outside my own head

I was pleased to see all of the resources at the back of the book, some great "self-help" books there for sure. I really think the author did a good job with the cover as well.

Just what I needed right now!
If you are experiencing a bit of overwhelm and feeling scattered (yep, that's me, raising my hand), this book can help get you back on track. The author gives some great (gentle) kicks in the butt to make you see what you are doing (or not doing!), along with very useful and actionable strategies to set and reach your goals. I personally appreciated the sections on comfort zones and limiting beliefs, as those topics really resonate with me right now. There are so many great reminders in here that I could go on and on. Instead, I hope you listen and get as motivated as I am right now!
