Great not just for women over 50

I started menopause early. The insomnia and weight gain were relentless. I tried many diets and found that I did best when I eliminated one unnecessary meal daily. Without realizing it, I had stumbled on one of the principles of intermittent fasting. This audiobook has been great in explaining the science behind why it works. It also breaks down the various methods to fit different lifestyles and metabolisms. For example, it covers the crescendo method, the 5:2, the 14:10, and the 12:12. But the best part is the 28-day meal plan and the 101 recipes included with the PDF attachment. Yesterday, I made the Moroccan seafood tagine. My family loved it! Tomorrow I am making the spinach & feta stuffed chicken. This audiobook is great not just for women over 50, but people with families like me.

I loved this book! I've read a lot about intermittent fasting over the years and have practised it on and off (16/8) for some time, but I'm always amazed to dive into a work like this and discover even more about this effective weight loss method. On top of promoting weight management, intermittent fasting is great for the whole body - gut, brain, organs - and is easy to adhere to. I always wanted to know about fasting

This audiobook has really broken down the purpose of fasting and how everything works in a cellular process. I didn't realize how fasting could increase rejuvenation and mental maintenance. And to be honest, I didn't know about negative proteins. There's a lot of flexibility in how someone wants to attempt or use these principles. It really breaks down the understanding of eating patterns and calorie intake. I loved learning about how to lower cholesterol and the importance of meal preparations. It makes complete sense how you can maintain a healthier diet and the flexibility of utilizing the diet in just a couple of days a week. I've heard of some numbers before about fasting hours and eating hours, but this book breaks down different versions in order to reach your personal goals. I feel many people will gain more helpful insights on how to stay full by using the right foods and snacks to support your body's needs.

Wow, this book has all the knowledge you'll need to find the Intermittent Fasting Program that is right for you. From learning what IF is, to understanding all the benefits, to the different protocols for different ways to do Intermittent Fasting. Best of all is the practical recipes towards the back of the back! Love this! Thank you author for all the work you have put into this book and I especially appreciate how practical it is!
