I am a licensed General Contractor with connections to wholesalers realtors and lenders. This book helped make the combination of all of these things make so much more sense and how to implement it in a way that can help me stop catering to home owners and hopefully start working for only myself.

This book is written in a true “peak behind the curtain” kind of way. Less from a “high tower” or “scholar/guru” perspective. Mike and David’s telling of their experience makes them relatable! They are not afraid to share some tips that may be less “pure” in the eyes of a flipper, but they harp on the fact that you have to understand there is a very real difference between tenant proof rehab vs high flip profit rehab. Durable and low maintenance vs flashy. Do it right, but do it smart!

I thought the authors do a good job of describing their goal of achieving 150 properties. As an investor with 9 rentals and growing, I've definitely used some of the methods and tools they employ. There content on property managers and financing helped spark a few new ideas as well.
