Daria Mullins just accomplished the seemingly impossible: she successfully convinced her parents to grant her one final London Season. Though their concession comes with certain expectations, Daria is determined to enjoy every moment alongside her dear friends, the Huntresses, as they make their annual foray into the Marriage Mart.
Toss Comstock has no interest in marriage. His only purpose in London is to enjoy his Bachelor Season before he’s forced to follow whatever path his elder brother deems best. But his plans are quickly turned upside down when he strikes a bargain with the lovely Miss Mullins at the Debenham Ball. The longtime acquaintances discover that they share the maddening affliction of familial pressures, leading them to hatch an outlandish scheme: they will engage in a friendly competition. Whoever participates in the most activities their family would disapprove of will be crowned the winner. But amid the fun and games, Daria and Toss never imagined that true love would become the ultimate prize.

The Best of Friends by Sarah M Eden. Narrated by Luone Ingram and masterfully done! Loved listening to these beautiful stories through her skill.
I was so excited for Toss’s story! I couldn’t have enjoyed this delightful read more.
Toss and Daria are permitted one last season in London. Daria is hoping to make the most of it and Toss is wanting to enjoy Bachelorhood
An unlikely deal is struck to see whom can gain the most points for doing appropriate, yet unexpected things that their overseers would disapprove of. This gave them both a level of confidence to give less care to the norm and in doing so they connected in sweet ways! Both rooting for the other while still wanting to win themselves.
Daria Mullins, constantly told her mind is like a sieve would hurt anyone’s confidence. Though her wonderful friends give her strength and I loved how different friends decided to help Daria win points and others helped Toss.
Thomas (Toss) Comstock. His bother has stripped him of the schooling he needed to continue in the Musical Career he so desperately wanted. As he works his way through on his own I admired him so much. Hearing of the music he composed made me want his songs to leap out of the page for a sweet listen. As Toss gained points he gained knowledge and networking that ultimately changed his life.

She has an unfinished prequel series called the gents that give you more insight on the jonquils mother and her friends. That goes ahead of these books too.
Honestly, I'm reading all of her books during the year because every single time she releases a new book. I reread the whole series so I don't forget any of the details because she puts in beautiful Easter eggs from the other books. Just little winks of if you know you know.
absolutely marvelous as always
