Damnit... It makes sense!
Would you consider the audio edition of The Blood Glucose Diet to be better than the print version?
Considering buying the hard copy or subscribing to the website for food lists.
Have you listened to any of Craig Beck’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I stumbled upon Mr Beck's works through another subject matter and it led me to buy this one as well. This is 1 of 3 from his collection for me.
Any additional comments?
Short and sweet and made total sense. Been living by these principles for 3 weeks now. Down 1 shirt size already. Also I don't get mad starving crazy hungry anymore. I also don't feel like I am giving up anything or depriving myself. I feel like I can still enjoy what I eat. Also I have been able to give up diet sodas which are complete poison.

I was stuck until this book
After 17 weeks on Adkins, I went from 224 to 200 lbs. Then I leveled out, and couldn't lose anymore. After this audio book, I lost 26 more lbs in the next 17 weeks and 21.2% BF to 15.4% BF. BMI went from 28.3 to 24.8. And I eat like a king! Thank you Mr. Beck. Great narrator, love Craig's reading style and voice. Top tips: lose the booze, diet soda and change the way you think about food on a subconscious level.

Tells it like it is . . .
I liked hearing about his personal story. I also appreciated his honesty. Of course cutting out most, if not all, sugar and carbohydrates isn't going to be easy, but he makes the most of it and he's funny and real and positive. I don't need to lose 60 pounds - more like 7, but whatever the number it's still not easy - especially as you get older. I feel like I have much better insight into the complicated mess our food has become. It outrages me that just by breaking sugars into several different categories (all still sugar) the ingredients can appear lower of the list - thus making us think there isn't as much sugar in the item. I thought I was safe in relying on where the item appeared in the list of ingredients. I found out why that's not a good idea.
What I didn't like is that I felt like he was trying to sell a membership into his online community. I bought the ebook and the audio and still felt like that wasn't enough.
Overall I would recommend this book - with the caveat that if you need to lose a lot of weight you should be prepared to pay for the online membership.
Glad I listened to it - certainly time well spent.

Good info. Website non-existant
This book presents some interesting information and theories. I wanted to learn some more. He frequently suggests you check out his website which... apparently no longer exists. I was hoping there would be some written supplements to the audio book such as some food lists or vitamin mounts he suggests, but there are none and as mentioned, you can't get them on the non-existing website.

Ten chapters answer in the last 5 mins. Literally
Narration was bit on the dramatic side. But yeah, keep insulin low by eating foods low on glycemic, wheat is the enemy, no process foods, no real mention not in-depth mention about veggies. Seems to promote keto. Take your supplements, exercise. Jessie Inchauspe books Glucose Revolution is better investment
