Worth the listen

For the past 3 years, I've struggled with losing weight. I've tried all kinds of diets including keto fortified with exercising. All that's happened has been losing and gaining it all back. This book has helped x-ray what I was doing wrong from the dieting side and I'm so thankful for it. I believed in a lot of the myths this book has helped debunk. I totally recommend it if you plan on adding dieting to your weight loss strategy, or just for the sake of living long life.

Changed my Perception

The author promises to cut the lies and misinformation spread about dieting, and Ms Keay does a great job in delivering that promise. In this audio piece the author exposes a lot that I didn’t even know and how I could have been messing up my diet for the worse even though I thought it was for the better. The author also help me understand nutrition better and and more evidence behind nutrition longevity.

Much needed!

I feel like nutrition is the most important yet confusing aspect of many people's lives. We are told different things every day. This book does a great job at identifying some false information we hear daily and replacing it with truthful information to have a long and healthy life. It's jam-packed with great information

Great book

This book is great it opened my eye on new ways on how to lose weight. I was always going on diets and gaining that weight back in a few months. This book has and will help me to stay on track thank you would recommend.

This is a great book! Very Informative!!!

The audiobook everyone needs to listen, I learned many things on the quality of food, where it comes from, and why we should all be so careful trusting the foods we get from mass market providers. Definitely take the questions posed at the end of each chapter as a chance to reflect. I'm already recommending this audiobook to friends and family!

Thought-provoking health and nutrition advice.

Not like other diet books!

This is a truly refreshing take on how to eat. It's filled with facts and figures AND tons of storied to help you figure out what's going to work for you. The book is really supportive and compassionate too. Really got a lot out of it. Awesome narrator too.
