Worth the listen
For the past 3 years, I've struggled with losing weight. I've tried all kinds of diets including keto fortified with exercising. All that's happened has been losing and gaining it all back. This book has helped x-ray what I was doing wrong from the dieting side and I'm so thankful for it. I believed in a lot of the myths this book has helped debunk. I totally recommend it if you plan on adding dieting to your weight loss strategy, or just for the sake of living long life.

Changed my Perception
The author promises to cut the lies and misinformation spread about dieting, and Ms Keay does a great job in delivering that promise. In this audio piece the author exposes a lot that I didn’t even know and how I could have been messing up my diet for the worse even though I thought it was for the better. The author also help me understand nutrition better and and more evidence behind nutrition longevity.

I feel like nutrition is the most important yet confusing aspect of many people's lives. We are told different things every day. This book does a great job at identifying some false information we hear daily and replacing it with truthful information to have a long and healthy life. It's jam-packed with great information

This is a great book! Very Informative!!!
The audiobook everyone needs to listen, I learned many things on the quality of food, where it comes from, and why we should all be so careful trusting the foods we get from mass market providers. Definitely take the questions posed at the end of each chapter as a chance to reflect. I'm already recommending this audiobook to friends and family!

Helpful and Reasonable
I thought the author did a nice job of laying out this book. I think mindset plays a huge role in their nutrition mindset. Mindset is the start of winning the battle with healthy eating for me! I loved the couple of twists the author provided such as nutrition to reverse the "age clock" and foods you are eating to shorten your life.

Great book! A real eye-opener!
Health in general and nutrition have always intrigued me. I gained a lot of knowledge about food quality, its origins, and why we should all be wary of placing our confidence in the meals we purchase from big-box stores.This book shifted my perspective and was simple to follow,
with lessons I immediately put into practice.

Highly informative and eye-opening
Wow! This was such an interesting listen. I thought I knew a lot of the nutrition myths and the way the body processes various foods that are transformed nowadays, however, Hungry For Truth delivered an abundance of highly informative facts and was definitely an eye-opener. Most of us count our days but we neglect the impact of our daily nutritional choices on our quality of life. I can only highly recommend a listen!
