it's it covers the basics well

This book is quite dated now but it does cover the basics quiet adequately. much of what is covered is just common sense however there are a few pearls of wisdom that people will take away from this book.

    Outdated

Management styles have evolved significantly over the past 20 years. While this book may have been relevant at the time of its publication, some of its ideas may not align with contemporary best practices. This is simply my observation.
