Queen Rolfe betrayed me.
My own mother.
The Teeth have my wife, and I can't allow myself to think about what they're doing to her. I need to raise an army to get her back, and if I can't, I'll march in there and do it myself.

Good Story; Poor Female Narration!

Overall, this is a fantastic story. Yes, Huntley calls Ivory "Baby" constantly, but it’s his term of endearment, and I don’t think it’s a big deal—people making a fuss over it are overreacting. My only real complaint is the female narrator; she uses the same voice for all the women, which made things confusing. The male narrator, however, was amazing—his voice for Storm was exactly how I imagined it!
The betrayal wasn’t surprising, nor was Ivory’s response, but that didn’t take away from the story. Now, I’m off to Book 3 because I have to know what happens next!
This was a good read. I recommend it

I also thought the whole thing about having to go to the library to figure out how to fix the dragon was a complete waste of time. She didn’t find any way to heal the dragon. She just read a line in a book that it should be possible. If she wasn’t going too find an actual detailed way, she should’ve just tried to do her thing when she was all the way at the dragons in the first book. It just seemed like a pointless plot that needed more to it than there was.
The heroine drove me nuts
