loving this series of books. I found it looking for books on Time Travel but this series is so much more than a typical time travel sci fi book.

excellent

possibly the best, so far, in this series. Be ready with a tissue or two. Powerful and encompassing.

In this sixth book of the Middle Falls Time Travel series, our protagonist, Joe loses his life inadvertently...he does not take his own life and is not murdered. Joe's father was a musician that died on the day that Joe was born. Joe and his mother live modestly off of the royalties from his father's music. His broken hearted mother turns to alcohol at the loss of her husband. While Joe never turned to alcohol, he became a bit of a shut-in and never really did anything with his life.

Upon his first re-boot, Joe tries to save his two friends from Mt. Saint Helen's eruption as well as John Lennon, from his murder. I won't spoil the story by telling you how that ends up or how many re-boots that Joe gets. I will say he's a quicker learner than Veronica and Dominick.

Joe is one of my favorite characters. He is an inherently good person. None of his second chances involved him doing anything for his own personal gain. He just wanted to be of help to others and to make a difference for other people. I think I read this book faster than any of the previous five just because I felt so vested and connected to this character. We get to meet Scott McKenzie in this book. He is the protagonist of the next book and the small preview has definitely piqued my interest.

As with all other books in this series (except book 4), I very much enjoyed this book and highly recommend.

Inherently Good Protagonist

This is one of the very few series I have committed to listening to all in a row! All are based on the same underlying rules, and a happily ever after, which I love. Mr Inmon is consistent so far, and each story is individual enough to keep me interested. I am so glad Audible has these available.

In some series, a change in narrator is disappointing, but each story, though related to other stories, doesn’t depend on a single voice. Mr Thurston brings out character personality and differentiates between inner and outer voices in this book very well, as have all the others so far.

Do yourself a favor and invest some time in this series!

An amazing series, I highly recommend this series!

Absolutely enjoying this whole series and this was another that i really enjoyed. Had a couple incidents that I could relate to a bit more too. Looking forward to the next one.

Powering throught this series

This is one of those series that has you taking the story with you everywhere because you don't want to pause. I am an avid reader and this is some of the best writing I have personally ever read. I am a Shawn Inmon fan for life.

Extraordinary series, period.

I enjoyed this title, it was a refreshing change to it’s predecessors. I knocked a star off the performance though, because I enjoyed the style of book 5 so much and have seen how that a very small change to the delivery can make a huge difference to how easy the stories are to follow. That’s not say the performance was poor, had I not heard book 5, I would have rated another 5 stars!

Another great entry in the series

I love the book. It's not perfect, but it feels like a return to the glory of the first 2-3 books.
What bugged me was that whenever I set the book to end automatically after a chapter, it cuts abruptly a second too early, in mid word.
I have listened to many chapters of many books on audible, and it had NEVER happened before on ANY book. It happens here quite a bit. Set it to sleep. See for yourself.

Good book. Bad editing
