great info... boring robotic performance
I enjoyed the information and knowledge I gained from this book. However, this was my first Audible book by Josh Axe and I had no idea how robotic he sounded while reading. I made it through only because I wanted to know more about the subject but on his YouTube videos he's way more personable. All in all, listen on a higher speed and it's a worthwhile read.

This information is truly life changing

Great information, amazing results
Have and paper ready when listening to this book, because you won't remember it all. I actually ended up buying the print copy after listening to the book.
The book is full of wonderful information that, if put to practice, will yield results.
I'm the founder of a skincare line, and I love to learn new things to suggest to my clients. Dr. Axe is great at explaining things in a language that's easy to understand.
