I wanted to love this book.

Too much: “this is who I have worked with.”
Very little real substance. Disappointing, I was hoping for more!

Buddhism as Motivation and an author that wants to you to know he’s done a lot

I had high hopes coming in with this book, but struggled to make it through the entire thing. The author uses Buddhism as a form of mental motivation and spends as much time telling you about how he has helped over 100 teams win championships as how to use Buddhist techniques. Would not recommend
