Much better than I expected.

I’ve read a lot on performance, flow and deliberate practice and this book had some great insights I hadn’t seen presented this way. It also pumps you up to try to achieve difficult tasks. Definitely worth a read.

Too great a listen to just listen. Getting the book as well.

Impossible is not a mystery. This was a great listen. However, I feel the tools are so powerful I will get the book and slowly integrate the essential components into daily and weekly habits.

In the tops three best books I’ve ever read

This is the most helpful, practice, genius information I’ve ever received. I finished it today and restarted it today. I plan to keep re-listening and reading (I bought the hard copy for taking notes in) until I’ve mastered these lessons. I was never taught practical life skills , and this book is the holy grail of “how to love the life you don’t even think is possible it’s so good. I already started implementing the lessons in this book and IMMEDIATELY saw results. I’m not a sponsored book reviewer I’m just ecstatic I was introduced to this wealth of wisdom. - Lilly

More Science, less Art!

This audio book gives an enormous amount of information as to the biology of thinking and feeling a certain way. I was looking more for the ways and means of those that do the impossible. Their processes. Endorphins are known to relieve pain, norepinephrine and adrenaline increase heart rate and blood pressure, ect. These are the knowns, I wish the unknowns would have been discussed a little more. Learned new things, which is exactly my intent.
