One of the best books I have read on peak performance!

Loved every bit of the book and examples quoted along the way. Some are reminders from other books I have read in the past but loved the deeper explanation here. Thank you Steve!

this is a book I will listen to multiple times

loved the subject matter and writing style. the narrator is pretty good over all (very polished and professional) but he is a tad in the dry side. either way, I highly recommend this audio book

Excellent book for anyone looking to take their life to the next level and get into flow and stay there.

There is a lot to take absorb in this book. I will reread it and take notes as well as go back to it periodically to reinforce what I have learned and hold myself accountable for taking action on the skills and techniques I have learned

Just what my vegan megalomaniac mind needed to hear!!!

Dense with information, I was driving up the I-5 in California and was amazed by all the synchronicities playing out in my life, I would fall into my own thoughts loosing what was being spoken which means I’ll need to listen to it again. I really needed this!

Much better than I expected.

I’ve read a lot on performance, flow and deliberate practice and this book had some great insights I hadn’t seen presented this way. It also pumps you up to try to achieve difficult tasks. Definitely worth a read.
