FALL IN LOVE WITH THE ULTIMATE ENEMIES-TO-LOVERS ROMANTASY

'Enchanting and deeply romantic' REBECCA ROSS

CRIMSON MOTH is published as HEARTLESS HUNTER in North America.

The only thing more treacherous than being a witch is falling in love…

A HUNTED WITCH

The revolution reigns. The witches who once ruled are hidden, hunted. Rune is one of them.

A socialite by day, she is the Crimson Moth by night. A vigilante bent on saving her own, her next rescue demands she court Gideon Sharpe – a notorious witch hunter and unforgiving revolutionary.

A WITCH HUNTER

Gideon will pursue the Crimson Moth to the ends of the earth, and her trail leads him to Rune. But beneath her façade might be his match.

Except what if she’s the very villain he’s been hunting?

Critic reviews

"A steamy game of cat and mouse between witch and witch-hunter, played out against a backdrop of opulence, secrets, and bloody history. I couldn't look away." Kendare Blake, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Champion of Fate

“Enchanting and deeply romantic, The Crimson Moth drew me in with the first sentence and left me breathless by the last. A story that unfolds like a spell, and one that is destined to capture your heart.” Rebecca Ross, New York Times bestselling author of Divine Rivals

"Kristen Ciccarelli bewitched me with raw storytelling talent! THE CRIMSON MOTH is a gritty caper and a delectable enemies-to-lovers fantasy romance rolled into one. From the high-stakes intrigue, to the rich world-building, to the enthralling magic system, to the toe-curling tension between two striking characters who are destined to be foes but can’t keep their hands (and hearts) to themselves—there is nothing about this book that I don’t fervently adore." Thea Guanzon, Sunday Times bestselling author of The Hurricane Wars

“COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN…It’s the sexy witchy lady PIMPERNELL retelling we all deserve” Kester Grant, Sunday Times bestselling author of The Court of Miracles

Overall, a very good listen. Some of the plot is a bit formulaic and there is no build to the big twist but an enjoyable read. I will definitely check out the next book.

Good listen

I loved this story.
The perfect balance of romance and fantasy
I can’t wait till February for the next book

The narration was outstanding

It begun well but then the heroine - who apparently has freed many a witch before, although it’s hard to tell from her actions - meets the main male character and immediately completely looses all sense, cunning and capability.
It’s disapointing and a bit tedious. I have four hours left yet, so I hope the story picks up and surprises me.
I enjoy the narration which is currently a heavy-lifter in why I continue to listen.

Classic romance with a bit of spellcasting
