This book is a game-changer!
If you’re struggling to stay committed to new habits you want to implement, this book will unlock some key insights for you. BUT most importantly, if you feel like you already are very “disciplined” but still wonder why you’re not making any progress, then this book will DEFINITELY help you with that. Highly recommend. I’ll have this book on repeat for a while.
