Grateful for this GEM
Extremely grateful for this audiobook.
Growing up with childhood trauma, I started my healing/spirituality journey about 5 years ago, starting with Tony Robbins, following Tony and Eben over the years, I’ve found a new understanding and respect for TRUE alpha men. I recently had a traumatic event occur and have been feeling completely disrupted from all that I’ve been working on, I’m two chapters in and already feel my muscle memory triggering all the healing I’ve previously worked on and knowledge I’ve learned. This is a beautiful listen for anyone just starting out on their journey or need their spark re-ignited to KEEP GOING. It’s an excellent balance of personal experience, knowledgeable tips and exercises, and so extremely beautifully spoken. You can hear the reflectiveness in Eben’s storytelling which makes it so easy to resonate and empathize with.
