About this listen

A late-night conversation leads to a crisis of conscience and a terrifying realization.

Dawn has yet to break, but for Robyn, Wren and Mila, nothing will ever be the same again.

Before night falls, they will need to battle time, terrain, their enemies, and the infected.

Today, they will be tested to their physical and mental limits.

Today, they will sacrifice more than they ever have.

Today will change everything…forever.

Crying, laughing, still scared... cannot wait...

(Full disclosure as a member of the FB fan page: Chris has promised to do just that and so has Kim = happy dance.)

If you like books that take you on a journey of the full range of emotions than this series is for you. I'd suggest starting with The End of Everything Book 1, I mean I still cringe and giggle when I think about poor Wren having to pee but being afraid to leave the room and her ingenious solution. The series does overlap with the Safe Haven Rise of the Rams, Before Safe Haven and Safe Haven Doomsday.
My first review didn't publish so I'm trying to get back into the mindset I was in when I first listened. It was brilliant (as always), the extra level of emotion Kim Bretton gives to the reading of these stories is something I look forward to.
When I read The End of Everything: Book 11, I almost could hear her in my head, the way she gives the pauses, the emotion to all of the characters it's like having them come alive in my head. Then I get to actually hear her and it makes me laugh louder, cry harder, and hope they make it through the terrifying scenes all over again (even if I already know what happens since I read the book!).

The Safe Haven universe is one of my favorite escapes from reality. Seconded by the Burning Tree Universe. So thank you again for allowing me to be blissfully entertained and write this review of a huge hug for both the author and performer.

Amazing!!! Best series ever!

What can I say that I haven’t said every time I mention this series and the wonderful narrator that is Kim Bretton…… nothing more and also everything! I think every person on the planet would live these characters. Every woman and girl would want to be one or be friends with one of these sisters. They are role models of compassion, love, trust, friends, family and just how to be good people
This is the best zombie series ever!

Absolutely Amazing

I simply loved listening to the continuing saga of Robin and Wren as they struggle to survive. Their constant banter makes me laugh and smile. The story keeps you on your toes as their adventures find them in yet another life harrowing situation. You feel like you are there as they struggle to help one town after another while facing not just the undead but the perils of humanity as well. The narrator does an excellent job once again bringing these characters to life; however, it is the artistic way Christopher weaves his words that makes you want to keep listening until the end. Brilliant and a must listen!

Addictive, outstanding writing and narration!

The End of Everything (Book 11) by Christopher Artinian and narrated by Kim Bretton had me by the edge of my seat for almost the entire book. This one is intense non-stop action and excellent narrating and writing. No ifs, ands, or buts- it’s a must-listen.

What’s this one about? The rescue plans from the last book continue, but things take an unexpected turn when Robyn makes a decision based off a conversation she had with her grandpa while he was drinking. Emotions run high for the sisters (and probably you too). Character development is strong, there’s intense non-stop action, new characters to spice it up, bad people, good folks, humor, friendships, enemies, and so on. Each sister shines alone and together. Kim’s narration is yet again fabulous. She nails the characters and puts emphasis in the right places. I know I’ve made it clear I love this series, but I feel I can’t state it enough. There was a time or two this book had me worried it really was the end.

This really isn’t a stand alone type of book or series for that matter. Recommend you start from the beginning or you will miss out on the how’s, who’s, etc. (not too mention the great writing and narration).

“I knew if there was anyone who could irritate someone enough that they’d rather go and hunt zombies than stay in the room with them, it’d be you.”

Parental guidance/trigger warnings: It’s the zombie apocalypse folks, think bad people, bad situations…death, killing, kidnapping, and so on. Language used: Fx1, Sx30.

The End of Everything: Book 11

Christopher Artinian did it again! He wrote another 5 star book in this amazing zombie apocalypse series! I highly recommend this series. The characters keep evolving & growing to become almost like friends you know and care about. Kim Bretton brings these written characters to life with her voice.

Amazing Dystopian Series

I really enjoyed book 11 of this series. The continuing saga of Robyn, Wren, and Mila was awesome. I appreciated the growth that the author has taken his characters through, which was emphasized in this new story. I liked the unity and solidarity between the three girls, that helps to keep them safe in this new and hostile world. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I recommend this series to others who enjoy this genre. Kim Bretton's narration was charming and engaged my interest in the tale. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

Enjoyable.

As always Christopher and Kim don’t disappoint. I will say, I miss Mike. I wish the books were longer, as well.
