Great advice

Excellent intro to pregnancy. Most of the advice is given with an objective POV and there isn't a lot of fear mongering. The authors sincerely want to help and the book was written with both a male and female perspectives so it's not too one sided. This was the first parenting/pregnancy book I listened to and I listened to it in almost one sitting on a Florida to Colorado road trip. To expectant fathers, take what advice sounds good to you and take advice from a. few sources. To the author's, thanks for a great book, you have soothed a lot of my anxiety.

Great Book; Informative

I'm reading this pre-emptively, & I expect that I'll re-read once my wife & I are actually expecting.

The performance was great. (Nothing worthy of a Grammy-for-voice-actors here, but genuine, & easy to listen to.)

I learned a lot from going through the enitre book, & as it is broken up, it'll be easy to go back during specific times of the pregnancy for a refresher course.

The PDF that accompanies the audio book was an unexpected plus. Again- not life changing, but I'm sure it will come in handy.

WOW! A must read for all new parents!

I've watched hours of YouTube videos and I didn't even learn ¼ of what this book taught me. This book is definitely not just for men. I kept texting my wife about things I thought she should know. this will definitely be my go to book for new fathers! I definitely wish I didn't wait until we were 7 months pregnant to come across it!

Fantastic book but pdf missing.

I highly recommend getting this book in some form. Well written with relevant information and none of the demeaning or juvenile humor that often overpowers these types of books. The only problem (and it is a significant one) is that the author often references the PDF that accompanies the book and there is no pdf. I will probably get the print version so I have all the information.
Update, the PDF cannot be found on the audible app. It is in the audible library on the computer. While this is better than no PDF, it is inconvenient when you are trying to look up questions to ask when interviewing doctors.

A great advice

The book was long, and had a lot of information, but it did have some great advice. Must admit that a lot of points made, and information given, will be useful only for father's in the USA.
I am glad that I read.. listened it.

The unique experience all fathers have, summed up.

Great book. The balance of real world vs. case study is what kept me interested. The chapters are easy to digest. I set it down as the months have gone by so I could listen as my wife's pregnancy timeline progressed. I had to laugh at how many things I thought were specific to me, that apparently seem to be universal.

Fellas... If you read one pregnancy book, this is the one you want.
