I have already listened to it three times as I find the affirmations very helpful and I love the sound of his voice. I have backed it up with his Alcohol Withdrawal Hypnosis which I listen to, to help me relax and fall asleep.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Fastest Way to Control Alcohol... Guaranteed?
The part about putting all that poison in your body every day is scary.I am an avid gardener and I think of what would happen if I watered my plants with alcohol.They would be dead in no time. I am just tired of feeling like a wilted flower all the time!

Fantastic!
If you are even considering this book then your mind is telling yourself you need to make a change. This book is absolutely wonderful and I feel will change me for the rest of my life. I'm 43 been a regular drink or for years and this book makes so much sense that it blindsided me into seeing the light and what a wonderful life I can have!

Mr Beck nails it like no one else has
Since the beginning of the book I was cautivated by the truths in it. I listened to Craig's videos on YouTube for a while but the books really bring everything together making it effortlessly easy for me to stop drinking once and for all. Up until this point I wasn't able to go more than 48 hrs without any form of alcohol (beer, wine or spirits) since I started listening to the book all cravings went away and more important any excuses for drinking also. Thanks Craig. I highly recommend this book.

Life Changer
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Fastest Way to Control Alcohol... Guaranteed?
I got the stop drinking audio book and hypnosis cd because I wanted to cut down. I was drinking 2-3 glasses of wine a night, which all my friends, family and even doctor said was fine, but as a life coach I wanted rid of this habit and raise my standards. plus I could see that 2-3 glasses could easily get to a bottle and then who knows its a slippery slope. I listened to it twice and applied it immediately. Amazing. The "ah ha moment" for me was the line "If you were told you had a life threatening disease that put you in a coma for 4 hours a night, you would do everything in your power to cure the disease." Yet when I was going home every night, I was doing that, what a waste of active brain hours. Life changer! Thank you so much
