This just works...
Would you listen to The Easy Way to Stop Smoking again? Why?
In case I ever think of lighting a cigarette again, I'll just reinforce everything I've gotten from this book and it WILL work... For now, I just feel like I've never smoked at all, and that was the only was for me to get rid of this nasty habit...

This book is just everyone that says to himself "there is no way anything could switch me in my head, I'm in it too deep" needs.
It just works, it brings you back to the primal feeling of being non-smoker, seeing a cigarette and being in a company of smokers just don't trigger you anymore.
Remember the time you've lighten your cigarette and felt miserable ans helpless, this just changes everything!

Don't worry about how, but it works
Years ago, I read this book. The moment I finished the last page, I stopped smoking for three years. Unfortunately, I did pick the habit up again. I even re-read the book. That time it didn't help. However, a few more years passed and I again became determined to quit. I read the book for the third time and I quit again. I could not be happier. Every day seems like a miracle. Colors are brighter, smiles are more friendly, I have energy I missed for those dark years, people like me more, I'm more successful at work -I could go on an on.
Furthermore, everybody I've ever known who read this book successfully quit smoking. It was not difficult, it was exhilarating.
Quitting is probably the best thing you will ever do for yourself. Do it now. You won't regret it for a moment.

Another One Who is FREE
I started smoking when I was 8. Quit when I was 11 and started again when I was 16. Smoked continuously until I was 34 then quit for 17 years. Then I picked it up again for about a year. I downloaded this book on audible and started listening. I'd listen to it driving, washing dishes, exercising, or out working in the yard.
All I can say is if this is some form of hypnotism or brainwashing, well it works. It's been 3 years since I smoked a cigarette and it's like I've never smoked in my life. For me it's like cigarettes don't exist and never have.
I'm going to listen to his Stop Drinking when I'm ready to remove that obstacle in my life because this one worked so well for me.

It works
I smoked for 25 years, the past 5 or 6 years I had been trying to quit and failing. This book works, but probably not the way you think it will. I thought these reviews were bots, or paid, or suckers still buying the grift. Nope. I'm cigarette free for a week for the first time since I was 13. I'm done. No craving, no restless anxiety, no insomnia. This book thoroughly explains why and how to quit wanting your next cigarette. If that's your goal, please read or listen to it.

He knows your thoughts!
He talks of every thought that has every gone through your mind as a smoker. He is 100% correct! The only thing that bothered me was the repetition but it is probably necessary to keep stressing so that we don't forget.

Wow, What a legacy Allen Carr leaves us. Thank You!
i’m several weeks a non smoker and sooo thrilled. i couldn’t believe it was this easy. I shed some tears reading about Allen’s death by continuing to be around second hand smoke while curing people at his camps. What a true hero. I’m 39 and hoping his book helps me spend a lot more time with my little ones, Thanks Allen!
