This book is a total game changer & life saver.

During the first month of my quit, I was on the patch & almost caved when I hit my one month anniversary. After the ordeal of almost caving, & also worrying ab getting addicted to the patch, a friend recommended this audible to me. Halfway through it, I actually ripped off the patch I was wearing & threw it, & my supply of them, away in the dumpster (it was my moment!). Once it clicks with you, you'll have your moment too. The same friend who recommended it to me had to listen to it 5 times before it clicked with him. Anyways, whether you're serious about quitting or thinking about quitting, just get this book. It's helpful, insightful & completely changes your approach to everything that comes with quitting cigarettes.

I just hit 6 months after 14 years of smoking, & I'll never go back. Life is way better, I promise. You got this!

I am so grateful for this book. I don't know how or if I ever could have stopped smoking without it. Since day one of reading it I don't miss smoking, have experienced zero cravings, when I smell cigarette smoke it is no longer a trigger and instead of wanting to bum a smoke I honestly feel bad for anyone I see smoking, and want to give them this book! I've never experienced anything like this before. I just bought 6 copies off thriftbooks to donate to a local organization that helps people in need.
I gifted this book to my best friend who has been smoking for 12 years and she quit immediately after reading the book as well. We are so damn happy not to be trapped anymore!! It sounds too good to be true but it is so much more than I could have hoped for. Read this book people!! <3

I heard about this book on the Joe Rogan Podcast. I had been smoking for about 10 years. This book works. I have not smoked in over a year now, and I never will again. I have since listened to the book a further two times. Not just for reinforcement, but because many of the ideas here apply to addiction more broadly.
