This book has changed my whole perspective on weight loss and living in excess. I also ordered the hard copy to be able to answer questions at the end of the chapters. I cannot wait to read again. This is a must have for anyone who has tried and failed with weight loss. I have been on a diet since I was 13. I WISH I could have had these words spoke to me 30 years ago to avoid all the fad diets that I tried instead. Very thankful that a fellow health coach recommended this book to me. 100/10!!!!

Role-Modelling at its Finest
Elizabeth Benton's written contribution to the world is graciously generous, insightful and inspiring. Her book is easy to read, appropiately hard to digest as truths revealed lead one down the path of discovery and ultimately transformation. I look forward to multiple reads as I go back to chapters working through integrating strategies for change. A workbook would compliment the book, but I get the sense that resource is essentially the 12 week challenge, which I have signed up for in the Summer 2020 programme. Thank you for choosing this work, I feel very fortunate to have found you.

Such a great listen to change perspective!
