About this listen

Shadowvale isn’t your typical small town America. The sun never shines, the gates decide who enters, magic abounds, and every resident bears some kind of curse.

Werewolf Virginia "Ginny" French's curse means no one can remember her. Not even for as long as it takes to ring up her groceries or make her favorite iced coffee. And being that forgettable has turned her life into an incredibly lonely existence. So much so, she's thinking about doing something really wild just to entertain herself.

Werewolf Ezekiel "Easy" Grayle loved his life until he got struck by lightning and lost control of his shifting abilities. It’s led to some uncomfortable situations - and the decision to move to a town where the unpredictable is acceptable.

He didn’t realize just how acceptable until he catches his hot but maybe-crazy neighbor sneaking out of his pool in a barely-there bikini. He’s too busy unpacking to pursue her, but when she comes knocking, all bets are off.

Can a forgettable woman ever find love or is her curse too much for even the most determined man to overcome?

Imaginative curses

Amazing author, I loved the book and series, it is so imaginative, hopeful and fun. The narration is good but I would love a 2nd female narrator sometimes you can't tell the characters apart.

REFRESHING STORY

I loved this story about being forgettable. I feel like that sometimes and it is nice to know it is not permanent.

Sweet stories

No profanity no overt sex scenes. Just a series of nice stories about the inhabitants of a fantasy town. I love how they interact in each book. Great job!

💞

i first listened to this story about a year ago, and i’d forgotten how much it got to me. Ginny’s forgettable circumstances really hit my heart. in a way, i feel just like her. kinda like, once you’re out of the public eye, you’re all but forgotten. ah well.
you know the storyline picks up and that better things are ahead for both Ginny and Easy, it’s the getting there that’s painful. but!
BJ Harrison puts his heart and soul into this one, as he does Every book he narrates, and to me, he’s every Bit the Best chicken soup Ever!
thanx for another brilliant story KP!!

Unforgettable!

The Forgettable Miss French is the 3rd in Kristen Painter's Shadowvale series, and each book seems to be better than the last.
Ginny French is cursed. Like many people in Shadowvale, she has a curse to deal with, but this one is one of the worst. She's doomed to be forgotten as soon as anyone steps away from her. Imagine being the new girl in town.... for 10 years!
Werewolf Easy Grayle has problems of his own, he's a shifter who's abilities are "broken". He was struck by lightning and now he can't shift to his wolf, although he can do a few cute pups :-) The one perk of his problem is that he can remember Ginny!
Together the two of them need to put their heads together and figure out a way to solve both their problems. Falling in love is the easy part, can they remember it?
