The perfect companion to the printed book

If you are starting or updating your loyalty specialization in 2023 this is the book to read. It opens up your eyes as to what has to me considered both in the customer and employee fronts, for a true loyalty program to be effective. I only hope they make a workbook soon, to train a whole company.
