The story really gets going here and I can’t wait to see where it ends up!

Another great book from Cinda Williams Chima! I thoroughly enjoy this series and I'm surprised it's not more mainstream. It's excellent work. So glad someone suggested it on Reddit.

I guess

I like this book narrated by Jill Fox better from the Bard website but I absolutely love this book. One of my favorites. All of the things that happen in this book, from 1 to 4, are connected. Those are the best books when everything is connected. Also the author has her own world.

great book and narrator

I spent a lot of time on this app looking for another series that competes with this one. I find a lot of great ones with bad narratoration. fortunately this entire series is amazing through and through and would recommend it.

EXCELLENT SERIES!

I can't say how much I've loved this series. The last two books are the best!

A fun read, start to finish

This was a good book, so much better than the first book. A bit more up pace then the previous installments.

So glad I found this author

Ms. Chima, has two series that I have followed. Both of them are excellent. This book continues the saga, building upon the story line. The development of the characters and how they interact continues to intrigue the reader. I can not wait for the final installment in this series. I also recommend the series of The Warrior Heir.

Fantastic

I'm thoroughly enjoying this series. Realistically I'm a little old for this series, but Cinda is my favorite writer and I will continue.

Great with small flaws

This series is great, I've read it numerous times and each time I notice small things that I didn't notice the time before that help me appreciate the writing. My only issues were with the FMC being pretty stupid when it comes to letting that creep nightwalker bull her over too often and also being intimate with him when he's clearly lusting for her power and also dating someone else. It just didn't really fit her character, she's been naive, but has grown throughout the books, but she's never been that obtuse to let someone as nasty, creepy and racist be so close to her so easily. Other than that issue that bothered me, the rest of the story is really compelling and addictive.
