This was even better than Volume I!

Oooh, wow! The plot really thickens here in Volume II, and I'm utterly shocked over how things have transpired, too. The team is split up and sent on different missions, more is revealed about the church and its part in everything, and double-agents are making moves that have yet to be determined, good or bad.

Story ok, performance ok

Having just listened to the sixth book I’m starting to get the impression that the author can’t fathom the idea of a woman experiencing a wide range of emotions for any reason other than being “stubborn”. The characters are static -all of them- and act the same way they have in book 1.
Performance: well, you know. Other reviews for volume 1 detail that already.
