A business book with heart♥️
This book has many life lessons. And also gives a great outline for a small business. Or better said how to survive and grow while owning a small business. Using the principals outlined in this book I have personally grown my small construction business from 2 employees to 11. $400 K gross to $1.5 million.
No time with my family to going to all my 5 childrens events, field trips, etc, etc, etc,

This story was absolutely wonderful.
This story was so well put together, the lessons on how to grow the person behind the business and how to manage the business itself. So many great lessons woven into the story. Thank you Larry for sharing and reinforcing lessons learned. I ran across this at the time when I'm starting a new contracting business with similar goals and aspirations as Troy. This is right on time.

Still love it & it's my 3rd time listening!
Larry Janesky is my version of Si in this book. His methods are not that of an Angel or Spirit but that of a man who is called to make a difference in his own business his employees, his customer's and the company leaders he encourages toward a Higher Calling. A life that through good business principles and especially the right thinking touches thousands and in his case possibly millions of people. Thank you Larry!

Easy, enjoyable listen
My cousin is a very successful business owner (3 businesses). I’m five months into my first and it’s been consuming me. The stress and way I’ve been processing my thoughts/spending my time led me to not enjoy the month of December at all. Usually it’s my favorite time of year. What makes that worse is that I have three kids under four so my mindsets kept me from helping them make the same special memories I had of Christmas seasons past. I asked my cousin for some advice because I was miserable and he recommended this book, saying he listens to it once a year. I was not disappointed and will listen to it a second time on my long drives.
