Excellent enriching book!
Its alots to digest! Take patience & commitment to listening/ reading it all til the end because doing this I have found is the first step to better understanding oneself! I know it will take time but I'm 59 years old & have been married twice & six kids later I live as a single woman since my youngest son,21 years old moved out. Even though my 26 year old son had to move back home because of mental health issues,and lost his job. So he couldn't pay rent anymore. I am on the search for understanding myself and motivation now more than ever because I've either cared for my younger sisters & helping my mum or being a mother myself. I still have to work to pay my rent etc. But otherwise I feel like I need to do more with myself since my kids are not dependent on me now. i have so much to offer myself and others,but I really am not to confident with what my motivations are never mind how to be my best self. This book is in me now and I will listen to it resonating within me for many moons to come! All this amazing insight to what motivates us as individuals & all the many color coded choices of other aspects of our personalities. Thankyou for the tremendous work you have done and continue to share!

Truly Illuminating
I’m an avid fan of the psychology, philosophy, and personal growth genres, and I must say, this book is excellent. I’ve already explored the Myers-Briggs and Big Five personality theories as well as the Clifton Strengths assessment and have derived significant value from each, but The People Code has been even more insightful.
The ideas presented in the book has made me restructure my beliefs and attitudes toward people in a profound way. I am excited to experience the full impact of this enhancement to my mental model as I apply the learnings from the book to my life in the years to come. Brilliant work!

Fantastic Book!!!!!
I have taken other personality tests before and came up as a Blue type. Reading this book helped me find my true self which is a Yellow type. The Blue was the veil I used to cover myself and the role I thought I had to play. Everything hit home with the description of the Yellow - Blue Relationship. That section helped me gain more insight on my Wife's motives and also explains why our marriage and relationship is so good. As a Christian I can say this was a great book that can work with Bible to help you better yourself. There is no "Worldly, New Age" philosophy or teachings that is secretly replacing God as the head of your life and establish yourself as the source of your being. Use this book to see what core God gave you and use the Bible so you can become more "Charactered" as the book says. I can promise you there will be a change in your life.
