Aside from Mr. Goldsmith's other book (What Got You Here, Wont Get You There) this has been the most helpful book that has really raised my awareness levels on so many different levels (ie, personally, professionally, excetera). I cannot wait to listen to and read some of his future books as this man is truly amazing!

Extremely practical and great read.
It doesn't necessarily 'flow' at some points given that you are listening vs reading it that makes sense. I am someone who is highly educated and works with people toward change... This book is very helpful and insightful if you can apply the principles.

Too many great books leave me inspired but without the tools to implement or sustain that inspiration. Marshall brings a new level of Awareness combined with the Question Practices for lifetime changes to occur.
The distinction between reporting on circumstance or progress versus focus on my willingness and effort is profound. Like teachers praising hard work versus being smart, this is a life altering paradigm shift with handles not just information.
May have hundreds of Audible books. This is easily the 1% of the 1%. Don't miss it.
