Like a full-on wake up call
I was feelin’ run down, stuck in the same routine—work, eat, crash. This audiobook popped up and I gave it a shot. Man, it’s wild how much you don’t know about your own body until someone explains it like this. It doesn’t talk down to you, just makes you feel like you’ve got options. I’ve started sleepin’ better, thinkin’ clearer, and even my gym sessions feel stronger. No joke, this thing kinda lit a fire under me.

The voiceover sounds like it’s being read by an AI machine. The information on the book is very simplistic in elementary at best. Does not come close to peptide protocols by Dr. Seeds.
