The power of kindness
Kindness and happiness are directly related. Acts of kindness are influential and cause the release of various neurotransmitters in your brain that promote feelings of satisfaction and well-being, stimulate healing, and reduce pain. Compassion also stimulates the release of a hormone called oxytocin.

Phenomenal audiobook on self awareness. Great exercises on being a better person. This audiobook brought a very very positive change in me, it helped me to be on my own path and stopped me from judging others blindly.

A great way to begin my day
Listening to this book reinvigorated the man I want to be. I start my mornings listening to the affirmations which give me a positive charge for the day. It helps with my critical thinking and difficult situations. Everyone should have this book. The world would be a kinder place. We all need a little reminder to be kind to others.

Kindness has to be a part of humans. It's like a pay-it-forward chain. If you are kind and in a good mood, the people who are going to be around you will smile, and share it with others. However, if you are mean, or in a bad mood, people will get angry or have bad moods.

Daily reminder to practice kindness
I really enjoyed how the author incorporated kindness and affirmations. Kindness is so powerful and overlooked in all the other books on affirmations. This quickly has become one of my favorite things to listen to every morning. I also really enjoyed the narrator's voice.

How Can We Get Everyone On The Planet To Do This?
This book has some very powerful information that could really make a huge impact, if you're willing to listen - and then practice - and then share. Easy read and loved the additional bonus affirmations. I this think would pair nicely with mirror meditation. Definitely recommend to the everyone!

Very inspiring!
I can't read enough affirmations books, but this one is different. The affirmations in this short but yet detailed audiobook are specifically used to promote kindness, and Rachel Riggio nailed it in this comprehensive guide. The title is also correct in saying for kids and adults as everyone can use this book to apply these positive affirmations in their lives. Highly recommended buy!

Short and Easy to Follow!
Kindness is an act that needs to be affirmed. The book provides helpful affirmations to help reinstate the act of kindness into the subconscious by repetition. The repetition enables it to be instilled in the mind, and then it can be acted out. This act of kindness is a gift of God which makes for happiness and peace of mind truly.
