Heal Childhood Trauma!
Childhood trauma can manifest in many ways, but they all leave a big impression. It is interesting to me that this trauma can be healed. This book can explain how to heal using practical skills like meditation, journaling and letter writing, exercises and forgiveness practices. I enjoyed listening to this book because it didn't have a lot of fluff that you don't need- just right to the good stuff! This book is well worth the listen and your inner child will thank you!

I love this book!
As someone who experienced childhood trauma in several ways, I truly appreciate how B. E. Townsend approaches the topic of healing yourself. I've always believed we have the power to overcome past traumas and can reprogram our minds to believe in a positive, possible future for ourselves. I use several of the methods shared here, including meditation, exercise and therapy. The combination of these powerful tools has helped me recognize that my childhood trauma was not my fault, and that I am a strong, confident person because I seek peace and love in my life. I am committed to changing my neuropathways that made me feel unloved and unworthy. I practice daily gratitude as well, and it works wonders. Thank you, B. E. Townsend for this helpful, wonderful book that is needed by so many!!!

Very helpful and reassuring
This was a great listen as it directly addresses childhood trauma issues by highlighting the reasons it is caused. The author does a great job of guiding you through how childhood trauma may have effected you and what you can do to get past it and live a happy life.
I liked the advice on what you can do to deal with the negative emotions, for example, the benefits of meditation and exercise and how they positively affect your mood and well-being. The book has helped me significantly and I highly recommend it.

Learn the truyh abut our past
This audiobook teaches us to transform our life
from what happened in the past, to not believing
what others have said. We don't have to stay
programmed for negativity. Strong positive
