Leigh is always on point and practices what she preaches. she is a very gracious and authentic member of her industry. She is heavily involved in making us all look more professional on a local state and National level. When you listen to Leigh, you can hear her passion and know she truly cares for people. This book is no exception. While nothing in this book is rocket science, it's that gentle reminder coupled with personal stories that just makes you want to be a better person. Seven Deadly Sins of Sales reminds us that no one is perfect and all we have to do is continue putting one foot in front of the other to give our customers the best experience possible.
