I don’t know how anyone can go into sales without the information that GC shares in this book. Even if your career is not sales oriented you can still apply the knowledge in the book to your personal life. The one I really resonated with is always agree with your prospects objection before continuing on with the sale. I’ve started implementing it when dealing with my kids.
