Publisher's summary

A guide to the Ayurvedic personality types, or doshas, with psychology-based advice on cultivating balance, from the author of The Ayurvedic Self-Care Handbook.

At the core of Ayurveda is an understanding that we are all made of the same materials—the five elements of ether (space), air, fire, water, and earth—and how you look, think, and feel can be traced back to your unique proportion of these elements at any given time.

This is your dosha, the true essence of who you are.

Knowing your dosha is the key to deeper self-knowledge, easier relationships, and a happier future. In The Seven Ways of Ayurveda, you’ll discover which type fits you best.

Easily understood, while offering depth.

Having spent 14 years as a massage therapist and then transitioning to life coaching for the last 6, I’ve certainly had exposure to Ayurveda. But this is the first time I’ve come across a resource as thorough AND easy to grasp. If you’re looking for an overview of how the doshas present in life outside of just physical attributes, and how to support your own dosha, as well of the doshas of your loved ones, this is an excellent book to add to your collection.

Most descriptive Ayurveda book yet! ❤️❤️

Loved this book! Had to buy hard copy so I can highlight! I have read many books on Ayurveda and this has to be the best descriptions of the doshas/dual doshas/tri-doshic people! ❤️❤️

Beyond expectations and then you have….

Right on the mark. Beyond expectations I had set because I have a baseline background in subject. But this gave me a strong foundation to put into practical use. Thankful I have in my library now to reference.
