Vital Guide!
This book is a great resource for anyone struggling with abdominal discomfort, bloating, or just an overall sense of yuckiness and fatigue. In "Gut Health Pure and Simple," Claudia Miller teaches us that the gut microbiome is the epicenter of our overall health! Tackling our gut health means overall well-being.
The narrator's voice is pleasant and easy to listen to, which kept me listening through the whole audio book. My favorite part of the book was the list of delicious gut-healthy superfoods and practical tips to incorporate them into my every day diet.
I will definitely be coming back to this book again and again for tips on immune function, mood, and energy regulation. Great work, Claudia Miller!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator teaches us how to improve and maximize our health through nourishment of the gut (the most important and yet least discussed aspect of physical health!). I found this listen to be an incredible treasure trove of knowledge and insights, filled with practical guidance and tips.
