Would you consider the audio edition of The Spirit of Kaizen to be better than the print version?

Yes and No. This is a great book regardless of how you get the information. Most important is to get this information that develops yourself, organization, and your team. Provides endless examples of team approach, how to get the best out of yourself and others, how to prepare for whatever you want to accomplish. This is a well put together book.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

This is a great book on Kaizen that everyone interested in the subject should read. Its short length is true to what the book teaches. If you are having a difficult time getting started on something, think of an even smaller and easier step to take toward that goal. Once you start building these steps up to larger ones, you will begin making significant changes without your mind's natural alarm bells going off.

The book is full of specific examples and lessons learned. It is short and painless but full of content that eases you in to the methodology. Kaizen can help in all aspects of life and while reading this book you will likely begin making subtle positive changes all around you.

I will read this again. This book is a great way to apply the concepts of kaizen beyond manufacturing/production.

Intro to excellence.

I found the ideas brought forth so simplistic and easily attainable that at first glance not very worthwhile. However, the wisdom in practicing taking action in small steps becomes a creative act to self-improvement without the stress of expecting immediate results.
