About this listen
Surviving the toddler years (age 1-4): discover bulletproof strategies every first-time dad should know.
Being a dad can be extremely challenging, especially for a first-time parent. Toddlers don’t come with a manual, and kids grow and learn at their own pace, but the role of a parent in that process is incredibly important. By participating and encouraging their growth, you’re doing your child a huge favor, and they’ll likely thank you for it when they’ve grown up to be successful, accomplished adults. There are plenty of resources out there, but it’s hard to find the answers you’re looking for from a dad’s perspective.
In The Toddler Guide for Dads, you will discover:
- A goldmine of dad-inspired tips and tricks to ensure your toddler grows to be smart, kind, and respectful
- A detailed guide on how to dress your toddler for success
- The number one reason why your toddler needs friends, and how to set up the most amazing play dates
- Groundbreaking insight into the science behind your toddler’s growth, including every important development milestone your kid should not miss
- Secret techniques to potty-train your toddler, so your life becomes stink-free as soon as possible
- A survival guide for handling your toddler during their “terrible” twos
- Helpful pointers and valuable advice for first-time fathers, to ensure their toddler grows up to be confident without having to “over-parent”
And, much more.
Being a parent of a toddler consumes a lot of parents’ time. If you’re stressing about how to combine working full-time and spending quality time with your kid - don’t worry. In The Toddler Guide for Dads, you will be given the best strategies to raise your toddler in a way that works best for your schedule.
It’s time to take control of your dad’s duties and raise your toddler the right way! Your toddler is growing exponentially, and if you’re ready to find out how to keep up with them, start listening now!

Without a father figure in his own life since the age of 15, Eric was desperate to maintain the bonds he'd fought so hard to forge when his children were young - particularly with his son, Jason, because he knew how difficult it was to face the challenge of becoming a man on one's own.

Great guide for 1st time dads!
Got this to listen to with my boyfriend…he is new to the parenting scene and I have a 3 year old from a previous marriage. I noticed a lot of things discussed in the book we right on target and very relatable for us. I also liked how the book was broken down by age group for ease. I think this will help my boyfriend feel more confident or at least understand the norms for toddler life!

Great Resource for Toddler Parenting!
Excellent resource. I have grown so, so tired of overly-wordy parenting books filled with fluff, filler, and pointless stories meant to illustrate. This book cuts right to the chase, and tells you what to expect from your growing child, and how to best handle it. Boom. Done and done.
Children are the most challenging of all puzzles. They are not little adults. They are something entirely different. Little beings, like sponges, experiencing so much new information and having so many new feelings and emotions. They are not calculating or bad. Most of their acting out has to do with their growth and is not because they are intentionally misbehaving. This book does an excellent job reminding parents about that.

Baby Bible Book for Dads!
Very refreshing to listen to a book aimed for dads coming from an actual male author! When looking for toddler guides or checklist guides, they are almost always centered around mothers or mom -to-bes. Dads need to lend a hand too! I really enjoyed the flow of this audio book, and the author gave so much helpful information in how to navigate toddler hood for dads. If you are a new dad or someone who would love to hear tips from a male perspective, listen to this book!

The audible " The Toddler Guide for Dads" I found to be very informative and a very helpful guide. I gained a lot with regard to potty training as this can be challenging for parents. As we know the earlier we start to discipline the earlier they learn.
