Discover four steps to permanently eliminate distractions and focus on your goals in the long-term.
How do you feel about investing years of your life into achieving an important goal - your time, energy, money, blood, sweat, and tears - only to give up and throw it all away?
If you constantly switch your attention from one thing to another, dabble in multiple projects, and give up on your goals whenever things get hard, you'll eventually fail - absolutely guaranteed!
Wouldn't it be life-changing to finally be able to focus on your most important goals, work on them diligently on a daily basis, and make them a reality?
Fortunately, even if you've been engaging in such unproductive behaviors ever since you can remember, you can escape this vicious cycle.
Written by best-selling author Martin Meadows, The Ultimate Focus Strategy uncovers a powerful strategy that helped him overcome extreme shyness, get in shape in less than 12 months after years of negligence, launch a successful business after six years of failures, release several best-sellers, learn two foreign languages, dramatically reduce his fear of heights, and travel to exotic destinations.
Here's just a taste of what you'll learn from the book:
- How to make smart sacrifices to achieve your goals
- How to set the right goals, transform them into real-world actions, and motivate yourself to get started
- Discover a four-step process that shows you how to develop deep focus on a single path - this is how ordinary people achieve extraordinary goals
- Seven powerful ways to overcome everyday distractions
- How to focus and take action when you're not motivated
- Three golden rules for sustainable progress

If you could sum up The Ultimate Focus Strategy in three words, what would they be?
concise, focused, to-the-pointWho was your favorite character and why?
n/a.What does John Gagnepain bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Not much honestly. He does a fine job reading the book, but I also have the book on my kindle and I don't feel that the narration added anything the book didn't contain on it's own. It's a great book & the narrator does a fine job, but I don't feel there is anything missing from the kindle/paperback versions. What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
My favorite part of the book was Rule #1 in Chapter 6 The Three Golden Rule for Sustainable Success. Rule #1 is Discern Between Needs and Wants. In it, Martin discusses the importance of letting certain things go, and sacrificing for the sake of your goals. This was a different take than many books today that teach you that you can have everything, which tends to leave people feeling stressed out at what they are missing.Any additional comments?
I also own the Kindle version of the book and wrote a review on there as well, which gives my thoughts on the kindle version. I like the book enough to have acquired both kindle & audio versions. If I had to pick just one, I'd probably go with the kindle version over the audio because there are concepts I was able to highlight & go back to, which is easier done on the kindle, but both are great editions, and I'd make my decision based on which format you prefer. I don't think you can go wrong either way.Solid book on the concept of achieving your goals
