The complete number one best-selling Walking Plague Trilogy now available in one volume, including:
Zombie Patrol: Los Angeles County park ranger Jack Carter is about to discover that not all is as it seems in his tranquil life. Once responsible for patrolling the many public parks, in particular the popular Griffith Park with its famous observatory and zoo, Jack is about to discover that a whole new kind of animal roams his woods. The undead kind. It begins when his brother, on leave from the military, arrives sick. Deathly sick. Jack's concern turns to alarm when his own flesh and blood turns on him, forcing the park ranger to take drastic measures. Now searching for answers and help for his brother, Jack finds himself on the run from a lethal group of government agents - and from something monstrous that stalks his woods. Something not of this world... and hungry for flesh.
Zombie Rage: Now, as Jack struggles to stay sane - as the hunger within him grows to insatiable, uncontrollable levels - he's about to confront his greatest fear. Indeed, the cure to the worldwide infection just might be worse than the zombies themselves. Now, with the walking dead spreading like wildfire, feasting on all those unlucky enough to cross their paths, one family just might have come across a cure to save all mankind... one family against an army of the undead.
Zombie Mountain: Now, with his daughter bitten, it's a race against time to save her - and stop a madman hellbent on destroying everything that Jack has fought so hard to save. With timing running out, and a doomsday clock ticking, Jack Carter will sacrifice everything to save the ones he loves... even while the walking dead multiply... and grow hungrier and hungrier.

What did you like best about The Walking Plague Trilogy? What did you like least?
The best thing about this is that it was all in one book. I would've been pissed if I had to wait each time a different part came out (because of how each section ended). Truth be told, I'd probably never listened to part 2&3 if I had to wait on them. How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
Added more zombie scenes. Make it less about daddy's girl, and more about the flesh eating creatures :)What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Given what he had to work with, nothing.Could you see The Walking Plague Trilogy being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Yes, on the Sci-Fi channel. No "Stars" for this one, just low budget "B" actorsAny additional comments?
The narrator reminded me of Bob Belcher from Bob's Burgers. Wasn't a fan of his voice. Some parts seemed as if they were added/edited at different times; in the middle of a sentence. Very annoying. Also, This seemed more like a YA read.Book was OK

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
TeenagersWhat do you think your next listen will be?
Jonathan Maberry, Predator OneWould you listen to another book narrated by David Doersch?
YesWhat character would you cut from The Walking Plague Trilogy?
The daughter - Anna - unbelievable character and a pain - I wanted to bite her myself!Any additional comments?
I was very disappointed with this series. I love zombie stories, and to be honest, I am not too picky, I will give anything a try, unfortunately, Mr. Rain hit a new low for me. This book was severely hampered by unbelievable characters, VERY poor dialogue, and about as much tension as I face opening the fridge at night to ponder what's for dinner! The daughter was a pain in the behind, the girlfriend must be the dumbest cop in the world, and the two military guys were in the navy but kept referring to their Army bond? I am not military, so perhaps I don't know, but that didn't seem correct. Jack was a very poor decision maker, but then when he does act, his actions and decisions are highly questionable - people would not be that dumb! And don't even get me started on the cure - really, the way to cure zombieism is to drown! What. How. Huh? The scene in the restrooms at the beach was particularly bad - embarrassingly so - in fact, it may be one of the more bizarre (and poorly written) scenes I have ever "read".
Overall, these books sucked and I cannot wait for my 6-month allotment of returns to come around so I can get my credit back!
Wish I hadn't wasted a credit
