Wish I could meet Ms. B!
I loved this book! Christy feels like an old friend. She is actually very lovable and seems like she is such a good person. I love the way she talks about her kids. Makes me want to spend time with them more! I found myself swimming at the pool with them and playing more after reading this book.

One of the BEST health/beauty books I've ever read
A great read for young and mature ladies interested in looking and feeling beautiful. Christy shares some of her best beauty, health and well being tips with an up beat attitude and love for life. Being able to hear this book on Audible in her voice made it even better. Her zest for life is infectious. I sure do wish she was my neighbor. I know we would be the best of friends and would spend lots of time in the saddle together.

A perfectly great book
A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book to be really relatable and highly intellectual. I found further that this book was really nicely written and the intonations and inflections were absolutely perfect, professional, and intriguing! I highly recommend this book.

Probably just to grind in her tips...
What did you like best about this story?
The tips on health and defying aging. She speaks the truth, what you eat, and how you treat your skin affects your aging process and I enjoyed listening to the things she enjoyed eating...she is such a health freak lol.

Excellent book! Listened to it in one day and will listen again!
Christie is the all American beauty so who wouldn't want to get her advice on health and beauty secrets. She covers it all! While some might say she wrote this book simply because she has a new skincare line coming out this is NOT the case. While she does mention her line she dishes on so many of her favorite products that have nothing to do with her. It's an easy listen and you feel like you're gossiping with a friend getting makeup, hair, skin and nutrition tips from your best "supermodel" friend. I listened to this in one day and am going to listen again!! I found myself writing down several of her suggestions and am excited to try them. She's so sweet and genuine, I feel like this would be a good motivational book to give a friend who feels down. Loved it!!!
