About this listen

If you suddenly lost your family in a tragic accident, how far would you go to get them back?

After a string of bad luck left her newly orphaned and homeless, Kara Andrews never expected to be approached by an angel. God sent the angel on a search for a pure soul to complete objectives in other worlds, and his crosshairs landed on her. The reward is worth fighting for.

Seven worlds. Seven opportunities for failure. One chance to bring her family home.

But the adventure is unlike anything she ever expected....

Tiny Souls is a stand-alone LitRPG portal (isekai) fantasy with religious undertones, crude humor, and mild adult content.

Great book by Phoenix Grey. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life.

Phoenix Grey writes another great LitRPG Portal Fantasy story! The MC is a bit naive but for the right reasons, she is well developed as well as her support characters. The story comes together nicely, the plot moves at a good pace, and there is just enough stats/skills to keep your LitRPG hunger satisfied. I look forward to the next story from Phoenix Grey! Audio Version: Ellory Lane and Harry Frost do a great job with the narration and characters. They bring this story to life even more!

An hilarious and excellent LitRPG Portal Fantasy!

A well written story as expected from Phoenix. It’s an interesting one off and I think it’s great for this particular story. The narrators did a fantastic job as well. This one is absolutely worth the listen.

I enjoyed the story greatly. I saw the theme after the third trial, but the twist was great.

The narration was excellent, and the pacing was great.

This is a very interesting and good book. You get to follow Kara as she goes to different worlds, reminded me of seven deadly sins.

Go Kara

The story was not overly engaging. Too much time is spent going around and around minute details of the RPG system. A few hours in and the narrator was grating. She brings up her voice on the last word of a sentence often and it sounds really odd. So much so that it’s difficult to listen to after a bit. Unfortunately I would not recommend or continue this series.

Just ok

This is a standalone book with dual narration. It follows our heroine as she battles to bring her family back to life with the help of an Angel. She had found herself homeless and orphaned after a string of bad luck. She is selected by a repugnant looking Angel who is being punished for disobeying God. He selects our heroine as having the purest soul and if she succeeds, he'll go back to looking like the handsome Angel he was before. The humor is about what one might expect. Our heroine's first thrilling battle is in a chainmail G string fighting slime that move so slow it's imperceptible to the human eye and let out a nasty gaseous cloud upon being popped. As our heroine progresses, she gets stronger, the bikini gets less revealing, and her Angel companion becomes . . . well more. This is the first book that I've come across by this author and the same is true for the narration team. The writing was solid, and the performance was amazing all around. I did some poking around in regard to the author. The author has a series up on audible called the Realm Between. It's single narration and she has a total of eight currently up with the first three available in a box set. If you head over to the Amazon side with the e-books, she's got 10 total with two box sets covering one through three and then four through six. She's also got a second standalone titled Zombie World Online. Both of these have to do with getting trapped in a game world. Then she's got this Lewd Dungeon Adventure Core Role-Playing Game for Couples. Sounds rather interesting and not something that I've ever seen before. So, there's plenty to check out if you get through this story and are looking for more.

I enjoyed it and I think you will too
