Captures the essence of the industry
Few people outside of recruitment actually understand the industry and it's inherent ups and downs. This book is a warts and all insight along with useful tips and habits that are highly applicable.

Literally all you need to become a great recruiter
I have read other recruiter books but this one has something more to it. It has more heart and not only gives you a template but the inspiration to improve and keep going as a recruiter
