Amazing!

Absolutely love this audiobook! Starting the day off listening to these affirmations will definitely put you in the right state of mind. I would highly recommend this to everyone, especially if you are an over thinker or you struggle with anxiety.

Very Helpful

As someone who has been sober for almost 4 years now, I am still always practicing maintaining my sobriety using great resources like this audiobook. Some people may think that you go through the twelve steps and viola, you're cured. But the reality is that you need to constantly practice these steps throughout your every day life if you really want to completely shift your behavior and mindset. This audiobook has helped me continue my growth as a sober person and I am appreciative of the author to make this!

Very Insightful!

I am a control freak. There is very little that I do not like to have control over, and this book perfectly addresses my struggle! This book provided me with valuable insight and application I will be using in my own life. Great book!

We always neglect the emotional part--not anymore!

This book is filled with such positive and such specific affirmations that couldn't be more helpful. The practice of listing to a book like this always works for me, and the specificity of the topic is unlike anything I've ever seen. Recommend! Great narration too.

Affirmations to SLOW DOWN

As an avid listener to this author, this is yet another great affirmations book, specifically dealing with those that try to have too much control over their life. As people, we don’t want to make any mistakes, and usually will exercise caution when it comes to our personal decisions. However, using those tendencies or going the opposite way and being intentionally reckless can still become a self harm. These affirmations will help those who need to re-center their mentality and need a quick reminder to give themselves positive self love!

Outstanding audiobook - highly recommend

I picked up this audiobook after a rough patch in life. I sought motivation through talking with friends and family, watching videos and podcasts online, and audiobooks. I must day this was certainly the most empowering resource and I highly recommend it!

Finally feel like I have a handle on my life and this audiobook played a major role. It’s easy to listen to and I was immersed but you could also have it on in the background. Narration quality was top notch. Easy 5 stars!!

A Good Listen for Overcoming Challenge

Life is full of challenges and bad habits are one of the hardest things to break. We are creatures of habit. No matter what our walk of life is, everyone has to overcome adversity, regardless of what it is and may be. The best course of action is to always look up to the Almighty and ask for deliverance. This book, just like the previous entries in its respective franchise, was well narrated and produced. I have reviewed this title under the 5-1 compilation, but this review is judging this entry solely on its own. Recommended.

Great Affirmations !

I love that these affirmations speak of getting closer to God, so many Affirmations leave God out, however, getting closer to God is the key to any Affirmations. I absolutely loved these Affirmations and would recommend them to everyone looking to grow in their best self.
