About this listen

Gaby Mortimer is the woman who has it all. But everything changes when she finds a body near her home. She's shaken and haunted by the image of the lifeless young woman and frightened that the killer, still at large, could strike again. Before long the police have a lead. The evidence points to a very clear suspect, one Gaby never saw coming.

Full of brilliant twists and turns, Under Your Skin is a dark and suspenseful psychological thriller that will make you second-guess everything. Because you can never be too sure about anything, especially when it comes to murder.

Psychological thriller

Love the twist! I couldn't stop listening. A great twist on a classic "whodunnit." J

This was like half a book.

The narration was ok but fuzzy and hard to understand at times. It seems like the author built up a pretty good if predictable thriller going, then it was over. I was just getting started??? And no option for sequel.

loved the book until the end

I could not stop reading it until the last chapter where it angered me. I will not give the plot away but really? I finished it 24 hours ago and have been unable to stop thinking about how I loved it and i then it made me angry at the same time.

Different!

This is one of those books that is easy to predict, but still manages to surprise you. There needs to be a second book!

Stupid Girl ?

Wow.
This was a great book.
I was honestly a annoyed with out main character Gaby, a lot of the book.
I kept thinking... if you are this stupid.. you may deserve jail.
She seems so.. out of touch, silly, and a little bit of an airhead.
I do not want to say anything else about this plot... just stick with it!
The narrator is amazing. She was easy to listen to, and helped the story flow.

I Like A Plot Twist, but...

The story kept me listening and I thought I had it figured out. However the twist at the end was thrown in without weaving believable elements throughout the story. The ending just didn’t track well with the way the story progressed. The narrator was ok but lacked any differentiation between characters making it hard to know who was saying what during dialogue.
