A guide to managing your anxiety and depression
This book grabbed my attention right away with its fantastic cover. I could see how emotions and anxiety can affect us like a storm. Feelings can overwhelm and leave us helpless. This book can prevent that. I love that it touches on self care, stress reduction, coping strategies , but also cognitive behavior therapy. Stress and depression start in the mind so it's best to start with fixing that. My favorite line was how to recognize triggers and nip them in the bud. It also talks about how mistakes happen and learning from them. We are not failures! believe in yourself and try this book!
