A True Light At The End of a Tunnel
Wow! As someone who knows the dreadful feeling of anxiety, I am so glad I came across this audiobook. I wish this would have been around a few years ago when I went on a leave of absence from work because of how bad my anxiety had gotten. Not only does it offer practical strategies, but they are so easy-to-implement and make a big difference from day one. If I feel even the slightest tinge of anxiety, I implement one of the strategies I learned. Gaining insights into understanding triggers and the power of mindfulness has been so helpful. It's empowering, relatable, and incredibly beneficial in navigating mental health challenges. A science approach to wellness
The term ‘anxiety and depression management’ is an interesting one as, in my opinion, Marusya Wellness Publishing’s audioguide “navigating the storm” seems to offer a lot more than that–it offers a possible uprooting of the issues that are at the heart of these painful emotional issues, when one is practicing the methods outlined within the audio’s chapters, of course. My favorite thing about this audio offering is the fact that the author gives up to date scientific studies to do with anxiety and depression so that the listener truly knows what they are doing, from a science view point, in terms of approaches to help them.
