Essential in this Post Pandemic World
I was always a little uncomfortable in social situations if there were a lot of people I had not met before. Then the pandemic hit and afterwards, my social anxiety went through the roof. This book is so doable, it really gives you practical strategies to help you become more comfortable with being with communicating well with people. It helps you stop being critical of yourself and this results in making you feel better about yourself and more confident. I have missed being around people and this audiobook has helped me to get back out there and re-connect with people.
