Rewire the Brain with great exercises, meditations
This book details the functioning of the autonomic nervous system and the vagus nerve. I learned a lot about the vagus nerve, the relaxing techniques used to heal your body after trauma, emotional and physical ailments, and the knowledge required to relieve stress and tension in the body consciously.
The last 2 chapters in this book are my favorite. The simple daily exercises, practical meditations, and affirmations are a great way to unwind, practice mindfulness, relax the body, and be stress-free.
