maybe add some whoo-whoo to your life
I wish there was more interest, even just general interest, in alternative healing by western medicine. it would be great if both systems could work together for the good of the patient/human being instead of automatically just shutting down even the consideration of it.
cuz like, people praying for your healing and wellness, isn’t gonna kill you. and there are so many other things that could and do.
is it perfect? no, it’s not. but neither is science. so there ya go.
didn’t like: there really wasn’t anything or much that I didn’t like.
liked: the author presented studies and data, also made a point to say “I tried this out in my garden and wasn’t a double-blind study…” which I appreciated, he presented information and while most of it will never be approved by the FDA he’s giving readers the info.

Beautiful merge of science and spirituality
I enjoyed every chapter of this audiobook, author has found a subtle way to explain it all si that even a sceptic and scientist like myself would accept that there is a possibility that we can influence our lives via our conscioussness.

Dr. Hamilton Speaks My Language
First, I loved the accent.
Second, I appreciate the scientific approach to woo-woo subjects as many, many people in my life have begun to talk to me about subjects tackled in this book.
In contrast, I am more scientific. I want proof. I want math (to a certain extent). I want to understand, not just believe because it sounds nice.
Dr. Hamilton provided the bridge I needed to understand the language of my friends so I incorporate these things more fully in my own life if I choose without feeling quite so gullible or silly.

Loved it!!! Amazing Read with so much information
First of all, I love that Dr. Hamilton read the book himself. He did such a lovely job. It was a pleasure to listen to, I also enjoyed his accent. :) The content in the book is absolutely wonderful as someone who has studied about and or practice many of the things discussed in the book, I can say I truly love how he dives deep into them and blends the metaphysical topics that are often taboo with scientific research. Definitely recommend.

Awesome work, very well susbtantied
This book reflects a deeper and simpler understanding of the underlying nature of many practices and beliefs. Moreover is based on a meaningful scientific perspective while having a human touch. As a psychologist and Reiki practitioner who continuously studies for better understanding of neuroscience, I consider it a very useful tool for my practice.
