I loved this book!!! It had the right amount of everything! Shed a few tears and a few chuckles!

It was a great story, parts were hilarious loved it. Before the HEA it was super heartbreaking almost too sad….or maybe it was my mood. You will fall in love with all the characters main ones and supporting ones.

One of my favorite books in general/overall, and especially one of my favorite P. Dangelico books. I initially struggled with the Audible version as the female reader started out a little flat in my opinion, but things got better throughout the story. Would recommend this overall!

Was told this had a great betrayal and an even better grovel. Nope. It doesn’t. There’s essentially no grovel. The man treats her like shit for a large portion of the book and then humiliates the FMC in a way that deserved the grovel of all grovel…do we get it? Nope. Absolutely NO GROVEL or redemption scene. Even after everything, she just forgives and forgets. There’s no resolution for the reader so you’re left feeling pent up anger with no outlet.
