Divine intervention

I had found Alison’s podcast in 2018 when I was feeling depressed and discouraged and stuck and frustrated. She spoke to me then and she and Eric were so helpful in taking baby steps to feeling better. Recently I find myself in another hard place coming out of the pandemic- Alison said it exactly, (when I was in the shower)- and since it’s an audiobook I can’t find her words- but essentially it gave us time to reflect and sit with ourselves and it brought up a lot of uncomfortable stuff but it was a gift to get to figure that stuff out. Alison’s book is everything I needed to hear and especially the repetition I needed to hear some things as many times as she said them. I also enjoyed the “avoid the spiral” interludes. I’m so glad she put her heart, her stories, vulnerability and creative thoughtful genius into a book for others to enjoy and feel support during tough times. I love how she weaves in quotes from all over, from books, to pop music lyrics, and movie quotes. If you are struggling coming out of the pandemic with confidence check out this book. Only you are uniquely positioned to lead your life- and you’re already awesome.

100% recommend

I've read a lot of the books Alison references so I'm familiar with the ideas/concepts/principles. The way she expresses and relates them to her life experiences is so on point that it helped me really understand and feel how they apply to real life! The narration couldn't be more perfect. you can hear how much she believes the words she's written and the importance of the message she's getting across . <3

Exactly what I needed

If you’ve ever struggled with feelings of fear, self doubt, anxiety, worries about what others think of you, feeling drained, feeling like no matter what you do it is not enough, and so on, then this book is for you. Even if you haven’t it’s probably still for you. This book was exactly what I needed right now. Not only do I feel more awesome as I am right now, I feel ready to embrace the life that my authentic self has been too afraid to even think about. The material was great and the narration was as well, I’m so glad that I found this book 💜.

Expand, heal and love who you were created to be

I have been following the amazing Alison through her podcasts for a few years now. As soon as I heard of her I quickly binged all the episodes and told everyone about her charm. And every episode that followed helped me to look deep within and love myself a little more. This book was a deeper dive from her podcasts that opens my heart up and helps my frantic mind from convincing me that I’m just crazy. It reminds me that maybe I am a but crazy but aren’t we all. Life is a wild ride so buckle in, set good intentions, be open to flexible outcomes and love yourself greatly through it all. If we love ourselves it only expands to those around us and that’s what the world needs to heal. More love. Thank you beautiful soul for creating such magical shifts to keep returning to.

Alison has the knowledge of a spiritual genius, but she makes it easy for normal people to comprehend and relate into their lives. Thank you for this Alison!

Like the podcast, but on steroids!

Listening to Alison read this book was a moving, life shifting (get it?) experience! She gives you all the feels, the aha’s, and takes you on the journey (ding!) that you need! Not feeling awesome? You should listen. Already feeling awesome? You should listen. Listening to this book was a fantastic companion to “Atlas of the Heart” by Brene Brown. Alison is doing a really good job, and so am I, even if I’m just listening to awesome audiobooks!

Alison has guided me to heal deep wounds!

Feeling my feelings sets me free! That's one of the shifts in her book. It has changed my life. I love this audiobook and have listened to it several times.
I've been a huge fan of her podcast for years. I discovered her and Erick with the episode of the Flip Side to Negative Emotions. That episode blew me away. They are both so relatable and real. Alison being so open and honest about her mental health has given me the courage to get help with my own mental health. Thank you Alison for not giving up! I can only speak for myself but it has helped me not give up. Finally I subscribed to Awesome on Demand! Wow!!! I listened to all the segments on Feeling My Feelings Sets Me Free! It was an even a deeper dive. With her guidance and accompanied by Erick's music I was able to go deeper than I ever had before. I love Alison and Erick so much. I'm so grateful they came back. I'm so grateful Alison released this book.

I AM Awesome

I listened to the book for the second time this week. I felt called to listed to it. And different things hit me this time around. Alison is an enthusiastic person to be around, and I have tried to bottle it up. This book feels like a small bottle of energy for me. I felt things, was reminded of things, and have a new outlook on things I was dealing with. Thank you Alison.
