A must read
Within 30 minutes of starting the audiobook, I knew two things: I would need a hard copy for easy reference, and everyone will benefit from the 5 Resets. If I had the resources, I’d buy copies for everyone in my life.
Dr. Nerurkar presents 15 simple, effective methods to reduce stress in this book, and they are golden! We all struggle with stress overload at some point in our lives, and using the 5 Resets will help now and in the future.
The information is presented in clear, accessible writing, which makes The 5 Resets an invaluable tool.

Practical and Doable!
One of the few books I have made it all the way through without getting stuck in the middle by some garbage chapter that makes no sense.

Must read- so helpful
As soon as I finished the book, I was ready to listen to it again. very thankful for a book that offers very specific action steps to take, and leaves you feeling very human the whole time.

Perfect timing
For me, when I purchased this book, I was in a very low place. I was aware that I am depressed, lack of motivated, sleep walking through my days could not go on. Dr. Nerurkar's story is wonderfully woven into the diamonds in this book. For me, it adds credibility to her advice that she shares her own journey with stress, anxiety and backs up her findings with facts. It is inspiring how she found a successful way toward recreating resilience and healing in her life and those of her patients. I have already sent the book as a gift to a friend.

Really Helpful
i never like "self help" books but this one is really mindful and has really good insights and examples of how to solve what you want. I really enjoyed it 🙌🏼

tell me something i don't know.
the book is so basic. if you know anything about helping yourself with stress, you won't need this. the author focuses on basics like getting sleep, social connection and finding joy, which is free advice with a quick 10 min google search. the book layout is confusing and the patient stories are wound in, which is very annoying and creates a lot of fluff- just get to the point already. overall, I got very little out of it and wish she would have gone into more detail about if you try the suggestions but still don't make progress.
