Perfect timing

For me, when I purchased this book, I was in a very low place. I was aware that I am depressed, lack of motivated, sleep walking through my days could not go on. Dr. Nerurkar's story is wonderfully woven into the diamonds in this book. For me, it adds credibility to her advice that she shares her own journey with stress, anxiety and backs up her findings with facts. It is inspiring how she found a successful way toward recreating resilience and healing in her life and those of her patients. I have already sent the book as a gift to a friend.

Useful and inspiring

This brings me hope in the midst of acute stress and burnout. It has provided me with the steps I believe I need to improve both my physical and mental well-being. I will update with the results. Thank you Dr Nerurkar!

Must read- so helpful

As soon as I finished the book, I was ready to listen to it again. very thankful for a book that offers very specific action steps to take, and leaves you feeling very human the whole time.

Practical and Doable!

One of the few books I have made it all the way through without getting stuck in the middle by some garbage chapter that makes no sense.
The entire book was filled with practical advice and activities.
I will recommend it to my clients.
